Levels of Service & SupportWe are pleased to announce two different levels of support for GlassShop Customers. The Basic Program is required for all Data Tranz software customers, it covers only the GlassShop System and does not include any hardware or peripheral system or networking support. The Preferred Program is more comprehensive and includes limited phone support on issues peripheral to the operation of GlassShop.
Service & Support - Basic ProgramThe Basic Program contract with Data Tranz covers your GlassShop System, and only the issues that may arise from within GlassShop. All new product releases. Major and minor upgrades are available to you at no extra charge as a download from the Data Tranz website. By using the latest version of GlassShop, you ensure accuracy in EDI billing as well as the ability to incorporate new features into your business. Online Services. You can send our support team an email, or search through the Data Tranz Knowledgebase on the Internet for answers to your support question. Telephone Support. Your Service & Support agreement with Data Tranz gives you fast telephone support for issues pertaining only to your GlassShop System. Though we can offer brief advice on many issues, we cannot support printers, operating systems, video cards, networks, etc. We strongly recommend that you have a capable, professional, and helpful computer specialist who you can call to take care of issues that do not pertain to your GlassShop System. Service & Support - Preferred ProgramThe Preferred Support Program covers your GlassShop System and it also gives you expanded access to our telephone support staff when your call may include an issue peripheral to GlassShop. All new product releases. Major and minor upgrades are available to you at no extra charge as a download from the Data Tranz website. By using the latest version of GlassShop, you ensure accuracy in EDI billing as well as the ability to incorporate new features into your business. Online Services. PC Anywhere Support. Generally, it would be preferable if we were able to provide support on occasion through PC Any where, a program that allows us to use your phone line or Internet connection to troubleshoot your system. Limited Peripheral Support. With the Preferred Services option, we will assist you in resolving issues pertaining to devices, software, or your network. For example, we will help you find a driver for an older printer that you may have installed, or we may offer assistance when you are trying to network your GlassShop System.
