GlassShop System question. With Data Tranz, you can expect exceptional customer
service from some of the most highly trained engineers available, and, if
they can't find the answer to your question, we will find the answer to your
question from other sources.
We operate under the premise that it is not your job to understand
everything about your computer or software.
What your Service
and Support pays for:

- Help with installation of your GlassShop program, including
code entry and initial shop setup
- Reasonable training time for setting up accounts, inventory
and vendors
- Reasonable training time for creating quotes, work orders
and invoices,
- Training on sending EDI Invoices,
- Assistance with your Quickbooks export,
- Assistance with correcting any rejections of EDI invoices,
- Training on backing up your GlassShop system, and with restoring
from your backup file,
- Modifications and updates of GlassShop, and assistance with
installation of these updates,
- Assistance with reporting functions of GlassShop

Typically, we can assist you on an hourly basis on the following:

- Setting up QuickBooks, usually sales taxes,
- On site training,
- Customization of business forms,
- Training on sending EDI Invoices,
- Fixing QuickBooks issues,
- Remote data entry of inventory information,
- Importing customer, vendor, and item cards into Small Business
Financials and any GlassShop System,
- Moderate networking assistance,
- and a variety of other consulting activities.
